This was the homeowner’s family home since birth! It holds sentimental feelings but needed to be updated and the space re-designed.

Phil from Method Design worked closely with these homeowners to re-design the layout of this Kingsland bungalow as well as create new space for a laundry room and mudroom as an addition on the rear of the home. Walls were demolished and a large, open plan main floor was created with a stunning kitchen as the main focal point of the home.

A third bedroom was removed and replaced with a large walk-in closet and bathroom with a spacious steam shower and luxury vanity.

There are so many ‘bells and whistles’ in this beautiful ‘new home’, such as the built in Miele coffee machine, pop up island vent, and heated floors.
It was such a pleasure to work with these amazing clients on their forever home.
